What is C.A.L.L.?
C.A.L.L. (Creative Arts Legal League) is a legal services organization comprised of volunteer attorneys who are dedicated to providing legal services to the artistic community in Indiana.

How much do legal services cost?
That depends. Currently, anyone with a household income of $25,000.00 or less per year and organizations with gross receipts of less than $200,000.00 per year are eligible for free legal services. If your household income or gross receipts for organizations exceed these amounts, service will be provided on a sliding scale basis. Please note that you will be responsible for paying additional costs associated with your case(e.g. filing fees).

What types of legal services does C.A.L.L. facilitate?

Will C.A.L.L. facilitate counsel for all of my legal needs?
No. C.A.L.L. will facilitate counsel for those legal issues that arise that relate directly to your artistic endeavors. For example, C.A.L.L. volunteer lawyers could help you negotiate a lease for rehearsal space, but would not negotiate a lease for your private residence. Therefore, C.A.L.L. lawyers will not handle cases involving personal injury, criminal or domestic issues. Please note that C.A.L.L. and the volunteer attorney handling your case may limit the scope of legal services provided.
